Often, therapy focuses on our inner workings—our minds, our thoughts, our patterns. And there’s healing in that.
But sometimes, we get to a point where more analysis doesn’t move us forward. We can understand our wounds backward and forward, but still feel stuck. We’ve worked to improve and manage and explain, but there’s still something missing.
