We are woven of many threads, and spirit is the one that connects us to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural world. In this space, I invite you to tend to your inner landscape in a way that engages your whole self, not just your mind, but your bones, your breath, and your "gut-feeling."

By integrating BioSpiritual Focusing, we re-awaken your body’s wisdom to lead you toward greater wholeness. This is an embodiment practice that treats your "inner knowing" as a sacred compass. Together, we may use gentle somatic practices, sit with poetry and art, or allow images to arise that give shape to what words cannot yet hold. This is a space for the sacred wanderer to explore their experience of the divine with the support of a certified Inter-Spiritual Director.

-
Focus: spirituality, identity shifts, healing spiritual wounds, and deepening your connection to the sacred.

-
Duration: 60 or 90-minute sessions, typically held once or twice a month.

"Meeting with Kat each month, has been so good for my spirit. I have been able to heal spiritual wounds that ran deeper than I had realized, touching on more parts of my life and decisions than I realized before a year with Kat. Her artwork that she uses and creates to enrich meditations really has stood out for me. And of course her welcoming tone she has that guides me gently through my interior self. She has made me appreciate alone time with myself in a way I could not before. I would absolutely recommend this space and experience to anyone who has suffered loneliness. You might find in the stillness that God has been there with you all along."

This is a distinctly non-spiritual and non-clinical space. In a society that often treats our bodies as projects to be managed or problems to be solved, Wildbody Companioning offers a different rhythm. We move from the "head-heavy" space of analysis and constant improvement into the quiet, grounded reality of the body as it is.

Too often, we are taught to ignore our body’s signals—the fatigue, the tension, the subtle whispers of need—and "push through" in order to meet the demands of productivity and success. Here, we practice the radical act of slowing down. We listen to the messages your body carries, honoring its capacity and its limits without the pressure to fix or change them. This is a space of curiosity and deep noticing, where we re-learn what it means to belong to ourselves, especially amidst the thresholds of illness, trauma, or physical change.

-
Focus: Re-friending the body, resisting the "push through" culture, navigating life with chronic conditions, and body-autonomy during transitions.

-
Duration: 60 or 90-minute sessions. Weekly or monthly options are available.

"I appreciate Kat's nonjudgmental and calm approach to spiritual direction. Her introduction to focusing and the imagery it elicited was powerful in my personal journey. The imagery from the art cards offered was also unique and valuable."

There comes a time when we are asked to consider how we want to be cared for, especially in moments when we may not be able to speak for ourselves. Advance care planning is often approached as a set of documents or decisions, but underneath it is something much more human.

In this work, we take time to explore the questions that matter most:
-
What does quality of life mean in your body, your relationships, and your way of being in the world?
-
What have your past experiences with illness, caregiving, or loss taught you?

Planning for future medical care is a profound act of self-care and a gift of clarity for those you love. Drawing from my background as a nurse practitioner, I offer a grounded, supportive space to reflect on your values, clarify your preferences, and translate them into language that can guide future medical care. This may include preparing for conversations with loved ones or healthcare providers, or making sense of choices that feel overwhelming. As a facilitator certified by Respecting Choices (First, Next, and Advanced Steps), I guide you through a structured, heart-centered process to define and document your goals for care before a crisis arises.

-
Focus: Identifying personal values for care, selecting a healthcare agent, and documenting your wishes with confidence.

-
Duration: 90-120 minutes

-
Note: This is a facilitation service and does not constitute legal or medical advice.

"Kat is a kind, caring, and mature spiritual companion. I have worked with her for about a year; during this time, she has helped me move through grief, deep inner changes, and upheavals. She creates a warm, open, and inviting space for me to talk about what is on my mind and in my heart. I leave our sessions feeling grounded and at ease."
